Clause 01
Immigration and residency
Seven routes, one file. We represent you before the DGME and the TSE and stay on it until there is a resolution.

We handle temporary and permanent residency, investor residency, the digital nomad visa and naturalisation. We represent individuals, families and companies before the General Directorate of Migration and Foreigners (DGME) and the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE).
The work starts with a reading of your real situation: nationality, income, family, timeline. From that we choose the route with the highest chance of approval instead of the fastest one to file.
What the engagement includes
- Eligibility review and route selection
- File preparation and filing with the DGME
- Follow up on requirements and resolutions
- Renewals, updates and naturalisation
How the file runs
- 01
You write, we answer
A short message with your situation is enough. We reply with the route that makes sense and what it costs, before any meeting.
- 02
A 30 minute strategy call
We go through your case, the documents you already have and the realistic timeline. No obligation, no sales script.
- 03
Fixed price, written scope
You receive the scope and the price in writing. It does not move unless the case changes in a way we explain first.
- 04
We file and follow up
We handle the DGME and TSE, answer requirements and keep you informed until there is a resolution.

- Passport with at least six months of validity
- Apostilled birth certificate
- Apostilled criminal record from your country of residence
- Proof of income, pension or investment, depending on the route
- Certified Spanish translations where the originals are in another language
- Health insurance covering Costa Rica, when the category requires it
The exact list, in writing
The documents depend on the route, your nationality and your family. We send the list for your case by email after the call, so nothing is missing when the file is filed.
The other three areas
Most files touch more than one area: a residency needs a company, a purchase needs due diligence.
Clause 02
Corporate services
Companies that live in Costa Rica: incorporation, governance, contracts and compliance.

Due diligence
Before you buy a property or a company, we check what the paperwork does not say.
